Chakra Balancing
Chakra balancing specifically works to align and harmonize the seven primary energy centers. During a session, the practitioner will activate tuning forks with specific frequencies to clear blockages and energize chakras. This is followed by the practitioner channeling universal life force energy (Reiki) through their hands that are placed slightly above or on the body to further infuse and balance the energy centers. Chakra balancing can leave recipients feeling centered, relaxed and an overall sense of well-being.

Cranial-Sacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on treatment that focuses on relieving tension and promoting balance within the central nervous system by working with the body’s natural rhythms. We use light touch to release restrictions in the cranial bones, spine, and sacrum, helping to enhance overall health and well-being. Lymphatic massage is a gentle technique designed to stimulate the body's lymphatic system, promoting the movement of lymph fluids to reduce swelling and improve immune function. Using light, rhythmic strokes, practitioners encourage the removal of toxins and excess fluid, helping the body to naturally detoxify. This therapy is often used to support recovery after surgery, reduce lymphedema, and boost overall wellness.

Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy is an ancient alternative technique which uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissue. The practitioner strategically places suction cups on the body where they are most needed for 10-15 minutes. Prior and post cup placement traditional massage techniques are performed for a complete therapeutic session. This technique can loosen muscles, encourage blood flow, relieve pain, and stimulate the immune system by detoxifying the body.

Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massage incorporates the use of smooth, basalt stones that are heated to approximately 120-145 degrees Fahrenheit. The practitioner applies the heated stones while performing classic massage techniques. The warmth from the stones penetrates the muscles, helping to reduce tension and release knots. Recipients experience a sense of calm, deep relaxation, and improved circulation.

Group Sound Healing
Group sound healing is a meditative experience where participants are immersed in soothing, harmonious sounds produced by instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. These sound vibrations help to release stress, promote deep relaxation, and balance energy in the body and mind. In a calm, shared space, individuals can experience a sense of unity and rejuvenation, leaving with a peaceful, centered feeling.
